Surrey County Council have purchased Stopford’s RAFTS for Registration system to replace their now unsupported RSS system.
RAFTS will be used across the County Council’s six register offices and will allow staff to have complete management over register and index data. Advanced searching capabilities are also available and, to help speed up back office functions, staff will be able to scan registers, crop and print certificates from within the system.
Not only will using RAFTS for Registration speed up the certificate printing process, but by allowing staff to make important notes and annotations on records within the system, it will help reduce repetitive fraudulent certificate requests.
