Welsh Registrars Choose Stopford

Conwy County Borough Council Registration Service has purchased both the agenda diary management system and Stopford’s RSS replacement system RAFTS.

Conwy registrars will soon be benefiting from ceremony management, cash book management, surveys and reporting functionality all of which come as standard for agenda users, without any additional costs. Also as an agenda user they will have the option to use Stopford’s digital notice display software completely free. We at Stopford pride ourselves on our transparent pricing policies.

Conwy will also be using Stopford certificate management system RAFTS. Along with RAFTS basic functionality, allowing users to search and print certificates with bilingual functionality, RAFTS will also allow members of the registration service to scan register entries and assign them to indexes. The ability to scan and registers along with the ability to create and save type and print certificates is what sets RAFTS apart from other similar products.

By purchasing both systems together the council will be paying a discounted price and will have the option for members of the public to search, request and pay for certificates through the council website.

Wrexham County Borough Council Registration Service have been a long standing client of Stopford’s contributing ideas which have formed the shape and functionality of the current agenda diary system. Now they have also purchased the RAFTS certificate management system, taking advantage of the discounted price as an existing agenda client.

As well as using RAFTS bilingual functionality both Wrexham and Conwy will be able to produce a missing entries report. Allowing users to see which entries from a register haven’t been created or saved within the system. This small quality of life feature should hopefully go a long way towards helping registrars with an often frustrating task.
