Holyrood Connect Show Preview

One of the premier public sector technology events of the year, the 8th annual Holyrood Connect event is sure to bring together the ideas and technology that will drive local government’s next digital transformation.

Taking place at the awe-inspiring Dynamic Earth, the venue will open its doors to over 150 delegates from a variety of digital backgrounds. With the 6th of June event just over a week away, today we’ll highlight what you need to know about one of Holyrood’s flagship events.

What to expect from Holyrood Connect

With a host of opportunities to engage and network, Holyrood Connect is a fantastic chance to hear from leading specialists and suppliers in public sector technology. Case studies, workshops, panels and exhibitions all offer delegates the ability to explore how they can adapt their service design and delivery to the new digital landscape. Visiting attendees will also be able to hear from guests including Kate Forbes MSP and the University of Edinburgh’s Ritchie Somerville as they highlight opportunities, issues and emerging technologies.

Throughout the conference there will be opportunities for local government and other public services to discuss their needs with specialist technology vendors. From specialists in powerful cloud services to innovative communication technology, public sector organisations can be inspired for their next digital transformation. This gives decision-makers the opportunity to get a clear understanding of available solutions directly from suppliers, helping them invest in technology that will meet their objectives in future.

This year Stopford will be exhibiting at the Edinburgh-based event, showcasing our complete suite of booking solutions and sharing our extensive experience supplying the public sector. Providing booking systems to over 100 local councils, the 6th of June event will see popular solutions including Agenda, Facility, Course and Event booking systems demonstrated on the stand.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the 6th June.
