Merton registration service are the latest council to purchase Stopford’s appointment and ceremony diary management system, agenda.
Used by more than 70 registration services in the UK, Stopford’s agenda is building a reputation as one of the top choices for a user-friendly electronic diary with advanced functionality.
Merton registration service, located in the Grade 2 listed building Morden Park House in London, will be able to take advantage of a wide range of services and functions that have been built into agenda over many years.
The all-in-one registration service system enables staff to customise appointment and ceremony calendars, and set up online booking for members of the public to book at a time that suits them.
The system generates automatic correspondence that is sent out to confirm and remind users of an upcoming appointment. This automation helps to reduce the number of missed appointments and prevents staff sending manual reminders and chasing no-showers.
The agenda system’s built in reporting functions will allow service managers to track how staff and the system are performing over the coming years and compare the stats to key performance indicators set by the GRO.
We look forward working with Merton registration service and building a successful working relationship.
