At the same time Camden registrars have purchased both agenda and RAFTS for Reg while the Central South Consortium Joint Education Service in Rhondda Cynon Taff have purchased Stopford’s facility management system.

Caerphilly council have purchased Stopford’s generic agenda system to be used across a variety of different council services. The advantages of Stopford diary system is that, although it offers a similar process across a number of services, each service will have unique functionality incorporated into the system to ensure that the system meets the needs of the service.

Central South Consortium Facilities
Central South Consortium Joint Education Service is a Joint Education Service commissioned by five local authorities in the South of Wales. The service has purchased Stopford’s room booking system to manage the booking of their facilities for classes, courses, events and meetings and will being taking advantage of the new timeslots functions to split the day into am, pm and out-of-hours times. The consortium will be able to set up catering providers and menus within the system and can assign a wide array of equipment either to locations or specific room.
