The end of the financial year is always a busy time for both Councils and Suppliers, this years has been no exception as a number of new clients have come on board and existing clients have purchased new systems. Impressed with how agenda has helped their registration service; Caerphilly Council have purchased Stopford’s generic agenda system for use in their Blue Badge, Licensing and Housing services. At the same time Camden registrars have purchased both agenda and RAFTS for Reg while the Central South Consortium Joint Education Service in Rhondda Cynon Taff have purchased Stopford’s facility management system.

Caerphilly Council Diary Management

Caerphilly council have purchased Stopford’s generic agenda system to be used across a variety of different council services. The advantages of Stopford diary system is that, although it offers a similar process across a number of services, each service will have unique functionality incorporated into the system to ensure that the system meets the needs of the service.

Camden registration service have purchased both agenda and RAFTS to help members of staff in their duties and to replace the now unsupported RSS system. Camden’s priority is online booking, shifting the channels of customer engagement online to reduce pressure on staff, reduce the cost per interaction and provide customers with the ability to book appointments when it’s most convenient.

Central South Consortium Facilities

Central South Consortium Joint Education Service is a Joint Education Service commissioned by five local authorities in the South of Wales. The service has purchased Stopford’s room booking system to manage the booking of their facilities for classes, courses, events and meetings and will being taking advantage of the new timeslots functions to split the day into am, pm and out-of-hours times. The consortium will be able to set up catering providers and menus within the system and can assign a wide array of equipment either to locations or specific room.
